Long drawn out process. First did a phone screen and was told I should hear from HR Director after a week. 3 weeks so I called back and was told someone would follow up later that day. Got a call for an in person a week later. The interview itself was fine but I was apprehensive that I wouldn't be chosen anyway as all the current people of that department all "look the same" and I figured they would be prejudiced I their choice. Was told that they would make a decision within a week but didn't hear back. I had to reach out multiple times and was told they decided to go with someone else which didn't surprise me.
