Weston Solutions interview questions

Very easy laid back interview process with two managers. They asked very basic interview questions and went over my resume. I did not accept the offer due to salary but overall the interview process was pleasant.

Interviewed at Weston Solutions for an Environmental Scientist or Geoscientist position. Began the process in October, was sent a short questionnaire, then assumed I had been ghosted as I didn’t hear from them for around a month to schedule the first round of interviews, then had to wait ~3 weeks to schedule a second round of interviews, a week after the second round I was told that the position I was interviewing for wouldn’t be available for five months, when all signs had pointed to a position being open at the current date. Entire process took more than two months, just to be told I was the first name on the list for when the position eventually opened
