I interviewed at Wex Photo Video (London, England)
Interview
Very brief phone call and then asked to do a trial video on a small business in London! Quite a lot to ask of someone. Very vague guidelines and a lot of effort went into the video only to be declined, I get the feeling this happened to loads of people. They should really only get a smaller group of narrowed down applicants to do the trial video so that people don't waste their time.
I applied online. I interviewed at Wex Photo Video in Jun 2025
Interview
I was messaged on Indeed to attend an interview at the office, it was very casual and easy to do, even as my first ever interview. I was asked some customer scenario questions, and given some kit to change a lens and describe how to use an external flash.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me about my biggest strength and weakness, how I would describe myself in 3 words and what good customer service looks like to me.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wex Photo Video (London, England) in Jan 2024
Interview
It was a 2-stage interview process, each of the 4 people I met was very welcoming and friendly. The only thing I'd say is that I believe one of those could have been virtual.
