I worked for Advantage Sales and Marketing in southern Massachusetts and though I enjoyed my work and pay was adequate the main problem was no different from any other large company. Here am speaking of lack of communication between members of the company. The disjunction that exists between the levels of the organization in the total scope of the company. I enjoyed the work but the company lacks the communication between levels of company. This is no different from the company I currently work for and I'm sure this exists thoughout he country.
