What makes RBS different from other banks?
Anonymous
RBS is mostly owned by the government, which means that it is accountable to the tax payers. This means that RBS has an increased responsibility to act in an ethical manner that ensures profits for its shareholders but not at the cost of the public good and the banking system. RBS as a result of this has developed a culture that is visibly different from other banks judging by the way is markets and communicates itself. It can be perceived as more trust worth than other major banks and more interested in the public benefit.
