They made it clear that weekends and holidays are their busiest times, so they wanted to know if I could work those shifts. I let them know my availability was flexible, and I was comfortable working during peak hours.
The interview process was very smooth. I was comfortable and the conversation had a nice flow. It was one of my first interviews so I am glad it went as well as it did.

Casual. Met up in a coffee shop with Owner. Asked based interview questions. Limited prior work experience needed, could use applicable experience from non-work related activities. The interview was around 20 - 30 minutes long.
