20 minute phone call that asked basic interview questoins. Interviewer was engaged and intersted in the conversation. She gave a brief description of the role and duties as well. The process was smooth and interesting.

The Wheels Up interview process was very casual and relatively not very intense. Over the phone interview that was for the most part about my previous work/activity experience and college experience.

One to two behavioral phone interviews with the VP of HR. Follow-up email 1-2 months later if you get the internship. Overall a fairly easy process. Employee referrals help out a lot.
