I applied for the job online and was called for an interview within 1 week. I went to the interview not knowing what to expect because I had never even heard of the store. When I walked in the store I didn't really notice much around me other than that it was a clothing store. I had my interview with the store manager, it was the only one that I had. During the interview I was told that I did not have the necessary availability for the position. A few days later I received a phone call with a job offer, I was then told that I could not start the job for 3 weeks.

The first interview was with the Store Manager. It was the normal retail interview. The second was with the Assistant Manager and becomes unprofessional. It was difficult to answer the same question as the other person without repeating the same information. We heard about how she has been in the business for 20 some odd years and was better than us because she was the interviewer. She also was not prepared and did not know my name. I am not sure she read my resume, my experience is with the customer service leader in retail. After the interview, even if I was offered a position I would not work there. The position was reposted a week later.
