online application, two online assessments- one is a personality type test (make sure to answer at either end of the spectrum, not in the middle) and the other is a test involving math problems, story problems etc- the key is to finish the test! The math test can be nerve racking because there are a lot of problems and if you don't finish it looks bad (they won't tell you that though)

Question 1
They go all the way back through your entire resume and have situational questions for all positions- they call it top grading
Extremely detailed; they go back to your personality when you were in high school. Lasted a few hours. Also had a phone interview initially that lasted probably 30 minutes as well.
There was a panel, and it was called a Top Grade. The questions that are asked are comprised of your personal life and career development from when you started working as well as your relationship with your family and friends.

Tell me about a time where you had to overcome an objection
Process took several weeks and required 2 different on-line assessments. After completion of assessment was told they would not interview me and they did not give explanation why. Limited communication from them during the process.
