Meet face to face for 30 minutes. Experience not to bad, just conversation about goals and potential career at the company. Second interview day is shadowing. Which simply compromised of following people bothering others in their homes peace and quite to force them to buy or subscribe to a product. All of which are funded fully by YOU! You are responsible for own transport and own other expenses like lunch if not dinner (because hours can be that long). Overall, don't be fooled, as they are all false promises. Many of the people you see during interview will leave within the first week. There is no sense of security and each time you go out in the field you will be on your own engaging with complete strangers and forcing products down their throat. No one you meet in the industry is genuine and cares for your growth, simply stay away!

The interview was conducted through Skype. It lasted about 10 minutes and questions were along the lines of "Tell me why you would be a good addition to the company"
