easy, go talk to manager and he asks if you have previous experience. He also asks if you have ever worked at wild dunes. Then he tells you a little about the place and asks when you can attend orientation. It lasts about 2 minutes max. Its like you just show up while they are working and they literally spend 2 minutes with you.

I had a phone interview but most interviews are done in groups with hr. They asked lots of off the wall questions that were easy to answer. They were not particularly interested in work experience but wanted to understand worker attitudes.
