Interviewers were so uninterested from the get go, you could tell they had someone already lined up then took ages to let me know I hadn't passed to the next level.
Very poor. No follow up on my application after having taken time to interview. The interviewer said what a wonderful company they were but the candidate experience didn’t match. A shame really.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wild Nutrition (Lewes, England) in Jun 2023
Interview
3 rounds. Phone interview, in person with manager and head of which included a pre-prepared task and face to face one. 3rd stage included a final culture interview round. Friendly, slightly slow to respond, but nice and considered. Not intimidating and they really care about making sure you feel you are the right fit for them too.
