Communication Via Phone, Sent over information of qualifications and then set up an interview. The job was offered after a interview was administered. Three person interview process multiple interview. Training films hours in length. Week long training.

Interview
They advised that different candidates are being interviewed to find the best fit. Once they find a person who fits best for then, they will then choose one to hire at that point. If that one doesn't work out, the next person on the list will be called to come in.
