It was quite rigorous - 6 interviews back to back on super day; excluding the 3 pre-screener interviews and calls. Questions covered fit, paper DCF, LBO analysis and value creation in an acquisition

Paper DCF, LBO and multiples analysis
Strategic questions on value creation for portfolio firms to expand exit EV
Human Resources, VP Screen, Full Team Virtual interview which included some basic accounting technicals to be prepared for (behavioral ones as well regarding the assumptions you would make about a company’s situation), then a 48 hr Case Study and then In-Person scheduling thereafter.
