Shawn is a great interviewer and takes the stress out of the equation. He was able to articulate all of the many aspects that makes Williams-Keepers a unique firm. Do not expect it to be like a Big 4 interview where the conversation is extremely structured. This will be more of a casual conversation that can go in the direction that you want it to.

A group meeting with around 5 person with different levels of positions within the firm including recruiter, manager and partner. It took 30mins and most questions are behavioral and not difficult to handle
