Went into the corporate office to meet with the Regional Manager over the community for which the position was open. It was a very welcoming environment and she greeted me with a smile. I felt like I was talking to one of my closest friends about the opportunity.

Interview
Interview itself was easy but the knowledge testing was extensive and included information rarely, if ever used in this line of business. There was a pre interview with the recruiter, one with regional manager and final with the AVP and property owner
I=The interview was not too intense or serious. Expect to be asked about your employment history and why would like to work for the company. I was advised there would be a follow up request for references but I never received the inquiry. Overall, it was a good experience.

Was contacted for an interview, it happened virtually. The offer came shortly thereafter. My hiring manager quit before my start date, which caused some confusion, but overall the process was fine.
