I submitted my resume after searching on indeed.com. I was contacted via phone for my interview and set up an interview time. The culture is a mix of business casual/formal. You can have open shoulders and don't have to wear suits, but obviously still look professional. Upon arrival for the interview, I was given a paper application to fill out and was quickly introduced to the Business Manager who was conducting my interview. During the interview, I was asked what was making me want to change careers, why I was thinking about working with Lincoln Properties...questions like that. She was receptive to my questions and told me when I would be hearing back from her.
