I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wilmot in Apr 2023
Interview
Process was opaque and chaotic. During the course of a month I met with two people at the company via phone and zoom on a total of four occasions. The company missed an interview one one occasion and the CEO was a no show to another interview despite expectations otherwise. After this time they realized they weren't open to remote work and I wasn't willing to relocate to Nashville. Unfortunate because the company seems great otherwise. I think they're simply too busy and delayed hiring.

Interview
It was only an in-person interview. The whole interview was just behavioral questions based off my resume - really just to get to know me. Nothing technical was asked.
