Very easy, can you do the job, can you handle the pressure. Basically interested in your over all physical ability as well as your communication skills. Must have security license plus experience, must have rsa, white card may help in other jobs

Just the very usual interview process, I had one interview that took about one hour. The question were regular too, tell us about your experience, how would you cope with stressful situations etc.
