Process took about 3 weeks. A mix of behavioral and technical challenges. Most of the technical interviews were practical and collaborative - however I did have one interview where the interviewer was definitely trying to stump me and asked a leet-code style question. The recruiter was very communicative and supportive through the process.

Windfall has a really smooth interview process for Engineers. The process goes like this: Recruiter screen -> Hiring manager screen -> Technical screen.
The Technical screen is collaborative and open book. I tested with one of the Senior Software Engineers who was great to work with. Everyone I met was smart and clearly good at what they do.
I ended up getting another offer and leaving the process, but I could have seen myself very happy on this team and at this company.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Windfall (Denver, CO) in Oct 2024
Interview
Applied via LinkedIn and then had a total of seven rounds of interviews within two weeks. Everyone was very nice and sharp leading to challenging yet enjoyable interviews. Initially I was pretty hesitant in part due to some of the Glassdoor reviews but everyone was very open in answering questions and providing context allowing me to feel confident in my decision to join.
