Window World Manager interview questions

Went through organization for employment. After initial interview with organization they contacted employer / owner. He came to Sioux Falls and we met at a restaurant. Went over aspects of job requirements then found out between myself and one other. A day or so later I met with sales manager, to this day not sure why. He's a subcontractor.
