The District Manager said she was going to fill the position internally, but felt I would be good for the Co-manager position(a lower position). She said the store manager would reach out to me, after a week and a few days of not hearing from the store manager, I reached out to the DM to let her know. The store manager finally reached out and scheduled me for an interview with her. When I went in. she said the Co manager position was taken, and I could be considered for the Assistant Manager position(an even lower position), if that wasnt bad enough, she said the DM didnt explain to hear what was going on, she claims the DM just send her my resume like "here, interview her"(literally her words). The lack of organization, and lack of respect for my time and career level as a Store Manager was disgusting. I see why they are always hiring for certain roles, no one wants to stay in a chaotic and toxic environment. Save yourself the trouble and dont ever apply to work for this company.

Question 1
Basic situational questions, and background questions
I interviewed for the store position, was told during the interview that they were going to fill it internally, but offered me an interview for the next position down. I interviewed for that and was told it was filled, but the next position down was available, I expressed interest but never heard back. Aside from being disorganized, the 2 managers blamed the other for the delays and miscommunication, very unprofessional.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Windsor Fashions (Palmdale, CA) in Mar 2018
Interview
Usually starts with a phone interview, then moves on to a group interview. When you are picked from the group you then move on to background, new hire paperwork, and then first day.
