I decided to not proceed with the application process after getting to know the CTO in the first interview step. It's ok to have an hands-on CTO in a startup, that's what you usually expect, but the person I met showered me with tech buzzwords, basically told me there was not if any structure in the tech team, and generally showed a superficial knowledge of critical parts of the technology used in the company's product. I asked a few questions in my circle, and found out that lack of technical knowledge is a fundamental issue at Winelivery, so I put the pieces together and exited the interview process.
