one call with recruiter followed by a call with the hiring manager. Then a panel interview round consisting of 4-5 interviews. Each interviewer would assess you on 2 topics (e.g., critical thinking). Another round of interview with leadership before they would extend an offer.

Question 1
Behavioral questions, for example: "tell me about a time when you had a manage competing timelines".
Pretty straightforward. Recruiter call -> byteboard OA -> technical interview. Recruiter was very helpful and informative. Would interview here again! Generally very competent organization in terms of early career recruiting.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wing (CA) in Aug 2025
Interview
Wing's recruiting practices seem to signify what's transactional and broken about recruiting nowadays. The recruiter was polite and asked some thoughtful questions. A noticeable portion of our conversation was spent on very basic details already covered in my resume, which felt like wasted time.
I withdrew my candidacy and sent a thoughtful note that was never acknowledged. Yet I received a separate generic rejection email, which again, really suggests transactional practices and a lack of attention to detail. When I pointed out that I had already withdrawn, there was still no response.
This may sound like nitpicking, but it matters. All candidates should leave with a positive impression of an interview process, especially in a tight-knit industry.
