I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Winning Moves in Nov 2021
Interview
Read through a script sent to you before the interview with two of the hiring team. It's a group interview but when you read through the script it will be just you and the hiring team.
Everything was chaotic and disrespectful towards a candidate. When I applied I told how much I want to earn. The first contact persson agreed and passed my resume to his supervisor who invited me for an interview. During an interview they asked me again about my salary expectations and replied that it is too much. They expected me to work below of what is offered on the market. I found a job a couple of weeks later in another company. I received 20% more of what I even asked in winning moves and around 40% more of their desired expectation. Same city, same job position. The interviewer from London was really disrespectful. He was of course late 10 minutes for an interview. They don't look for workers but for peons.

Q: My salary expectations which they already received and accepted.
I applied online. I interviewed at Winning Moves (Birmingham, England) in Aug 2018
Interview
I applied via linkedIn, after which I did a phone call interview... it was like a chat about my background, skill set and why I would love to work at winning moves. This was followed by a physical interview at the office in Birmingham, I first did a normal interview then this was followed by a technical exercise that lasts 1hr 30minutes.
