Interview
I first met with the Head of the Digital department for about 45 minutes. The topic we discussed ranged from technical to more conversational interview questions. Then I met with whom I'd directly report with which was a conversation centered around day-to-day tasks, what they expect from the role on a daily basis. Then I met with the team of other Web Producers and lastly with HR. I found the process to be demanding but professional. I enjoyed it thoroughly. Everyone I spoke and met with was nice, personable and professional. Winsight absolutely has this process down to a science. While I didn't get the job, the interview process was the best one I've had in my search.

Interview
Interview went well. HR reached out, we had a conversation on the phone and they scheduled another interview with the hiring manager aka “exhibition manager” we had a nice conversation, mostly about my background, she then showed me what my day to day would look like. She had scheduled me for another interview which was supposed to be a little more on the technical side with two other managers. The interview wasn’t really technical, they asked questions about my background and i asked them questions also i asked a lot of questions. I got another email for a final and last interview with the exhibition manager, she asked couple of questions such as how would you deal with when a situation happened how would you handle it type of questions. The last question she asked that i remember was “why would i regret not hiring you” i struggle with that question a bit but found away to answer it. They were all nice, from the HR girl to the hiring manager to the two other managers. I had a good experience with them.
