Straight forward, Open conversation, Honest - the office is welcoming and the people are nice. You have a private conversation which is more comfortable. I would say that as long as you are prepared and motivated you will do well.

Met with recruiter and had 3 rounds with client. They coached well and process was fast. Onboarding was a very long process and start date was pushed but all in all smooth process.
