Wire Senior Software Engineer interview questions

My position required 3 interview steps: HR introduction, Manager/Tech lead interview, Senior Dev + Product Owner. I know some other position have a take-at-home tasks, but 2 out of 3 interviews I did were technical already even if we just spoke. The process was pretty fast and had good communication throughout. Many open ended questions were I had to make arguments about specific approaches, testing critical thinking more than raw knowledge.
