I only made it to the first stage which was done over Zoom. The interviewer was kind and personable, They gave me background around the role and the company, and then asked a series of scenario-based questions.

Interview
Got notified of all parts of the interview process in a very reasonable period of time. The whole process was well communicated. It’s clear the hiring manager was passionate about their job and the company, and the whole application process was welcoming and inspiring. I felt they saw me as a whole person, not just a worker. I was definitely disappointed when I wasn’t chosen to join this trailblazing organization.
