The first interview was arranged in Cree HK office with HR. It was a short interview asking about the general background and for checking & photocopying all the personal background documents. The second interview was with the Finance Head of the region (immediately following the meeting with the HR) who interviewed me in English, requesting to describe my background and previous job responsibilites in details, and asked why I wanted to change the job. It lasted for over 1.5 hours and ended up happily. The third round of interview was arranged one week later with the current manager who was about to leave the company. I was asked to present myself in Mandarin and questioned about my expertise in the industry and specific field. 10 days later, I was arranged a 4th round of interview - a phone interview with Cree's Corporate Function Head in USA. It lasted for one hour, asking me many questions as to how I thought I could help the company, besides his general questions about my background, and explanation to me about the need of the post. The 5th round was arranged another 10 days later with another corporate function head who did question similar stuff as in the 4th round. It was the last interview.
