I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Women in Data in Jul 2024
Interview
The interview process started positively and felt welcoming. I interviewed with the communications team, followed by a conversation with the founder. Afterward, successful candidates were asked to complete a task. I was informed that I would receive an answer regarding the role within a week.
Unfortunately, a week passed without any communication. Despite sending a follow up email to express my continued interest and positive experience, I did not receive a reply. This was incredibly disappointing, especially after investing significant time and effort in the process. It’s disheartening to see such a lack of communication from a company that champions equality in the workplace. Even an automated response to unsuccessful applicants would have been appreciated.
