Wonders Corporation interview questions

Expressed my interest with the hiring manager on LinkedIn and he forwarded my cv to the recruiter. Had a first chat with the internal recruiter, sent a follow up email with other questions, got a reply after 5 days. Within the same week, sent two follow up emails and receive no reply at all, have been ghosted since. A quick rejection email will suffice, especially in the sales and service industry, this kind of hiring process really portray what they are as a company.

The interview was satisfactory overall. I was asked whether I had any knowledge about the company, which the overview is confusing for an employee perspective. As I was discussing my career experience, the interviewer seemed to become disengaged when she mentioned that I was not an “end-to-end” recruiter. I clarified that I am indeed experienced in end-to-end recruitment, although I was unsure if the interviewer fully understood the term. It seems that she lacked experience and exposure to recruitment based on her statement. Nevertheless, that was my experience.
