Phone interview first then in person. Pretty easy simple basic questions. Customer service experience, marketing and difficult customers. Discussed pay, schedule, training. Phone interview was only 20 minutes long, in person was about an hour.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Woodforest National Bank (Allentown, PA)
Interview
The interview process has changed to where you get a first phone interview with a branch manager from a neighboring branch first. If they like your interview, they will then pass you on to the branch manager at the branch you're looking to be hired at to do an in person interview. Usually later on in the day after discussing with the market manager, you'll most likely get a call back with an offer in the same day.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Woodforest National Bank
Interview
There is first a phone call interview. There is then an in-person interview. If you pass both, there is a formal offer after taking a urine drug test, as well as a background check. No credit check.
