Three-round process over several weeks. Round 1 was a phone screening with the recruiter covering background, role overview, and logistics. Round 2 was a competency-based interview on Teams with two interviewers, structured around BAU delivery, stakeholder management, process improvement, and complex project experience. Round 3 was an in-person presentation at the Tallaght Support Office. The brief was to design and implement a BAU operating model for digital, covering both day-to-day delivery and long-term strategic objectives. The presentation ran well over the allocated time due to strong engagement and discussion.
Feedback was unclear across all rounds. Ultimately the role went to a candidate with more direct retail eCommerce experience. Got a 1-minute call from the recruiter after waiting 12 days, with unclear and vague reasons.
