They just showed a large group of people how to do the job and use the scanner and load items up. No one on one or anything like that, pretty sure they will hire anyone who shows up.

Very easy, Large group of people all gathered and walked through the
job process of picking and packing. The interviewer was pretty much only there to answer questions I don't think its possible to fail this,
