Interview
Interview was virtual which required me to record myself answering questions for a maximum of 3 times per questions. Questions were easy ans centred around customer service. If you are uncomfortable with such interviews, it can get quite difficult to be confident and comfortable while answering questions.
The interview process was smooth, professional, and well-organised. Each stage was clearly explained, the communication was prompt, and the interviewers made a genuine effort to create a comfortable, welcoming environment
