Even though the recruitment process is somewhat long, as it includes an English assessment, a video presentation, another test, and two interviews, I think it is a good process that ensures you are fit for the role. The two interviews I had were really easy, and they asked straightforward questions without any tricky ones. The interviewers were really friendly, which helped ease my nerves, and they also explained what they do at Work Better Now.

The interview process was lengthy and tedious. Had to go through several interview stages including doing an assessment. We also had to redo our paper work credentials suitable for their platform. Alot of hours spent in the initial stages all with the possibility of not receiving the role.
