The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at WorkPath Partners (Charlotte, NC) in Apr 2016
Interview
Started off with a phone screen which went really well but all down hill from there. Then met with a young lady on site who seemed kind of slow in her responses and said uh and um a lot. Never had any real substance to her questions, but none the less went on the last interview with the CEO. The last interview I️ met with a middle aged man who seemed very sketchy and fake. Didn’t ask me anything about why I️ thought I’d be a good fit for job, more questions like what is your favorite ice cream and why. Very strange guy to say the least...
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at WorkPath Partners (Charlotte, NC) in Apr 2019
Interview
Started out with an email which led to an in person interview with a few of the current employees. Met and talked with several people about the job and they were all friendly and easy to talk to.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at WorkPath Partners (Charlotte, NC)
Interview
Sketchy, they had no facts or examples to back up why it is a good place to work. Girl who interviewed me seemed extremely fake and desperate to make it sound like a good opportunity when it really wasn't. Really wouldn't want to work under her. CEO also seemed sleazy and fake. Really left a bad taste.
