      I interviewed at Workato

      Interview

Recruiter was great for initial interview. Hiring manager had no idea how to introduce herself and abruptly started the interview in a very uncomfortable manner. She spoke quickly and sternly... as well as stating a big red flag: "we work a lot of overtime and weekends." She said the role requires a lot... clearly to try to push away someone who doesnt want to put in effort but the way she conducted her interviews and spoke was extremely offputting. She said she also needs someone who can disagree with her which is something I hear as well, that's fine, however, I don't think that's actually true. The other issue was I received an interview cancellation at 2:11pm for a 2pm interview with the hiring manager that was never sent to me. I followed up with the recruiter who did not respond to me, however, within 24 hrs, someone did schedule another interview and I received an official calendar invite as well as a follow up from the recruiter for confirmation. I panicked a little but glad they corrected it. It would have been reassuring if they could have sent a quick, apologies we're going to send you a different time.

      Question 1

This job requires long hours, a lot of late nights, weekends. Can you do that or have you done that? Or what's your experience with that?
