applied online, then a few weeks later I got a call for a phone interview, after we hung up she literally called me 15-20 min later and set up a face to face interview. A few days later I went to the office and she brought me into a room with at a2 other ladies. It was very laid back but still professional. maybe a week later I got offered the job
