Workleap interview questions

Recruiter call, technical interview with 2 people, interview with HR and the hiring manager. There were supposedly also a working exercise, however in the job posting this was specified as a last step, instead there was another interview step introduced. Questions in the technical interview were up to the point, however the interview with HR and the hiring manager was all over the place, they asked questions without giving any context, which made it hard to respond. The rejection email then said that I wasn't technical enough, when asked for details, recruiter couldn't provide any.
