Interview
Initially, a wonderful process. First round with HR, second round with a senior designer/partner, third interview with another senior/partner. They made me complete a full scale design project after my third interview.

Question 1
Typical, walking through my portfolio. Specifically asking my role on each project.
Had 3 interviews , 1 on phone and 2 via zoom. First two interviews went very well. 3 rd interview was meh and the person seemed annoyed with the questions that I asked. Then I was completely ghosted , no follow up, no email , no rejection email . Just crickets !!!!!!
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Small company no advancements I guess !
