I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at World Bank Group (Lagos) in Nov 2019
Interview
The interview process was fast-paced, technical and was very focused on determining my fit (technical and behavioural) for the role. It had 3 stages; the first stage was a four-hour test on financial modelling, financial accounting (consolidating group financial statements) and a case study financial advice situation. The next stage was a panel interview with 3 senior members of the team and the final stage was a WebEx interview with 2 international members of the team in DC and Canada.

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at World Bank Group (Nairobi)
Interview
Long interview process, no congent or open and honest hiring process. I had only interviewed because I know people and have been an STC so the opportunities for external and internal candidates are very low.
first round was panel interview and second was written test. They mainly asked about the Excel experience. and they asked a lot of questions in face of add hoc requests.
I went through 3 rounds of interviews. The first was virtual on HireVue. The remaining interviews were all conducted in a panel format with 4-5 panelists taking turns asking questions. I went through 2 additional rounds of interviews and was asked to produce a writing sample on a specific prompt.
