Simple face to face interview with hiring manager, CV competency discussion and contacting referees. Hiring manager was friendly but assertive. Got the chance to meet other teachers before accepting which was helpful.

I was referred by a friend so it made it easier. We had previously worked for Disney English, an children's school with a good reputation. I was offered the full time position in January, but didn't accept until April. I continued to work an hourly wage nearly everyday with the company until my previous work visa was complete.
