Interview
A very stop/start process with poor communication throughout, after being contacted on LinkedInby the TalentAcquisitionperson, weeks went by with no updates.. When you're asked to attend an in person interview with a panel of 4, you expect at least more than one person to turn up in person, 3 of them dialled in!. Not only that, the people on screen kept getting up and leaving for periods of time. The lack of professional courtesy was astounding. The job description was misleading and they clearly had no idea what they were looking for. A huge waste of my time.
