I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Worldwide Flight Services (Punta Gorda, FL) in Sept 2013
Interview
I applied online, a few weeks later, they called me in to the airport. Several people did a brief interview and hired me and told me what the starting pay was. Little did I know this company has a VERY high turn over rate, it is awful, they cannot keep people because the pay is so low. If you work here, you are just expected to pick up the slack when other people quit. They promise we have new people starting, but it doesn't happen. I have seen over 150 people come and go in 2 years time.
I interviewed at Worldwide Flight Services (SeaTac, WA)
Interview
Quick and formal. They want to make sure you understand what the job is and what you will be doing. High turnover so interviews are quick and to the point.
