Interview
I was called for interviews with five persons - three from the company and two from the client. Only four persons interviewed me. Even though it was a senior position, the interview process was poor. I had applied for two positions and only at the last minute I came to know for which position the interview was.

Questions were open-ended and interviewers wanted to get a feel of my experience and capabilities. One company employee interviewer was so unfriendly that I thought not getting selected would be better than working with him! He told me that I would be working under him.
