The interview process is somewhat very basic and not standard. One tier process with the director. If the director likes you, he/she will ask more specific questions that should be psychoanalytical, personal likes and dislikes etc. The director might still consider your application/experience despite of you not having to meet all of the "basic" or "standard" requirements mentioned in the job post. Give it a try, it is worth a shot.
