Interview
I first was interviewed via phone call, which lasted about 20 minutes, for another position. I did not get that position, but was called two weeks later when a position that fit my skills better. I went in for an in-person interview and was called back a few days later to have a final interview. After the final interview, a weekend passed and I found out on the first day of the week that I got the job.

Q: If you had an older audience for a certain client, how would you market to the older audience on social media/what social media platforms would you use?

Interview
It was extremely fast, which helps all parties involved. I applied on a Sunday, got an email on Monday, had a phone interview on Wednesday and had the in-person interview on Friday.

They wanted to see if I had social experience, so they asked me to explain how I set-up campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager.

Interview
One standard phone interview with the HR assistant, followed by an in-person interview with two managers, and another with a manager and the director. I never had to wait more than a few days to hear back after an interview and schedule the next, although I didn't receive an offer until 3 weeks after my final interview.
