Very thorough interview process. 1 round with HR, then 2 further rounds with various levels of the team. The hiring manager in HR was amazing to work with and we truly got to understand each other before moving on in the process. I originally applied for a position in performance creative and made it to the 3rd round interview, but after further discussion was referred to Influencer Marketing by the director himself. Was awesome to know that he was actually listening to my experience and interests instead of just checking his own interview boxes off. THIS COMPANY ACTUALLY CARES!
